Superstructure Built
Your Timber Engineered Super Structure® is built in our factory, with plumbing and electrical wiring pre-installed for efficiency and quality assurance.

On-Site Assembly
The superstructure is delivered and assembled on site in as little as 4–6 hours.

Utilities & Completion
The home is connected to utilities and prepared for occupancy.
What is the Beyond Brix build process?
We use Timber Engineered Super Structures (TESS)®, which are precision-manufactured in a controlled environment and then assembled on-site with incredible efficiency. Final finishes are then completed on-site.
Can I customize my home design?
Yes. While we provide architecturally optimized floor plans, we offer curated style options to ensure your home reflects your personal style.
Questions
How long until I can move in?
Unlike traditional stick-built homes that take months, a Beyond Brix® home can be fully built and ready for move-in in just a matter of weeks. Our new production facility will be operational in August 2026.
How are Beyond Brix homes coded?
Beyond Brix® homes are permanent, mortgageable, and built to the International Residential Code (IRC), often exceeding traditional building codes.
