Arthur Bezuidenhout
Founder & CEO
Arthur Bezuidenhout is a serial entrepreneur redefining the future of sustainable housing by bringing aerospace engineering and concepts to how homes are built. His journey began in building flight simulation training devices for Boeing and Airbus, and NASA defence research projects.Â

After selling his second flight simulation company, Avion, he wanted to bring innovative solutions to one of the world's most pressing problems: making housing affordable, accessible, and higher quality.Â

A deep fascination for factory precision and the inherent strength of timber, led to his development of our signature Timber Engineered Super Structures (TESS®). Arthur's technical expertise is matched only by his commitment to environmental stewardship and sustainable innovation.

As the visionary behind Beyond Brix, Arthur pioneered the "weeks, not months" philosophy that defines our brand. By integrating advanced smart-home technology with aerospace-level engineering, he has created a building model that significantly reduces waste while producing permanent homes of unparalleled quality. His leadership ensures that Beyond Brix remains at the cutting edge of the high-tech homebuilding industry.
Ninke Bezuidenhout
Co-Founder & Chief Marketing Officer
Ninke Bezuidenhout combines entrepreneurial leadership with a passion for understanding people. Holding both a Bachelor's degree in Education and an MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology, she leads brand strategy and customer experience at Beyond Brix.

As a successful business owner and former Montessori school founder and headmaster, Ninke brings a unique perspective on how thoughtful design can improve everyday life. Her expertise in customer psychology, communication, and brand building helps ensure that Beyond Brix homes are not only engineered for performance, but designed around the people who live in them.

Together as husband and wife, Arthur and Ninke provide the complementary leadership that drives Beyond Brix forward, blending visionary engineering with a deep understanding of customer needs.
